Eligibility: Families currently living in substandard housing who meet all of the following requirements:
-Meet income guidelines
-Can commit to 400 hours of sweat equity by volunteering on new home construction, volunteering to help at the ReStore in La Pine, or volunteering to help with another activity approved by Habitat
-United States citizens or permanent residents
-Have not owned a home in the past 3 years
-Have the ability to pay a mortgage payment (steady income and decent credit history)
