YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SHELTER
TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
Assists young adults who are homeless or facing homelessness by providing safe and supportive housing, life skills, case management, and assistance with educational and employment goals. Residents can remain in the program for up to two years depending on individual goals.

-Ability to abide by program rules for safety including visitor and substance use restrictions
Hours: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Program operates 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
