24-HOUR RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR YOUTH WITH COMPLEX NEEDS
Provides homes for youth with complex needs support each individual’s social and emotional development. Helping residents identify and achieve their goals, heal from trauma and develop healthy coping skills and self-advocacy abilities. Residents have a private bedroom and share common areas with housemates. Providing a supportive environment that encourages growth and development based on a person-centered approach to build a positive social environment where housemates share common interests, strengths, and support needs. Provides mental health and behavioral health support led by licensed clinicians and mental health professionals. Offers support for daily self-care, such as eating and bathing, while encouraging the development of independent living skills like shopping and managing money. The program doesn't offer 2:1 or 1:1 caregiver-to-resident staffing ratios.
