YOUTH AND FAMILY EDUCATION ENGAGEMENT PREK-12
Provides Puentes and SUN Community Schools, neighborhood hubs located in public schools providing services such as:
-Educational support and skill development for youth and adults
-Enrichment activities
-Family engagement and support
-Social, health, and mental health resources
-Family and community events
-Middle School to High School transition
-College prep and career readiness

SUN Community Schools are a collaboration of Multnomah County, the City of Portland, nonprofits, and local school districts.
