WELLMAMA
MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Provides peer support through a Warm Line, a support phone line, an online support group and in person peer to peer support groups, prevention and self-care groups, and other support services. Trained WellMama volunteers facilitate each group and share information about prevention and wellness. Facilitators provide support and resources, and referrals to qualified professionals, as needed. Support people, including partners, and babies under a year are welcome at all meetings.

Eligibility: Families struggling with emotions related to reproductive health, such as pregnancy, the first few years postpartum, adoption, infertility, and perinatal loss.
