RELIEF NURSERY OUTREACH
The Outreach Program/Family Support provides parent education, case coordination, and support through home visits, respite care, and resource/referral assistance for families in need of immediate help. Outreach also provides a connection to other Relief Nursery services. Some transportation is available for program participants.
