VA COMMUNITY RESOURCE AND REFERRAL CENTER
Provides access to both VA and community services. Services for former US Military Service members/Veterans may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help is provided in finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance provided with expediting VA Benefit claims, access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintegration program, and State employment. Access to onsite clothing, computers, and hygiene items.

Eligibility: Veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Veteran must be present in the household to receive some benefits.
Hours: Business hours: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, Thursday 10am-4:30pm, closed federal holidays
Walk-in hours: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8am-3pm, Thursday 10am-3pm, closed federal holidays
Best to come earlier in the day for walk-in appointments; no walk-ins accepted after 2:30pm.

COVID-19 INFORMATION: Due to COVID-19, walk-in services are limited. Most appointments are administered via phone/teleconference; face-to-face appointments are on a case-by-case basis only. Face coverings are mandatory.
