Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. New appointments are made available each day and are scheduled at least one week in advance.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call the energy assistance line to check for available appointments. When appointments are available, request an appointment through the automated phone system. Due to the volume of calls, NAYA is only able to return calls from individuals for pre-screening or to schedule energy assistance appointments. Appointments will be scheduled in the order messages are received during open hotline hours. Messages left after the hotline has closed will not be returned.

-Income within the last 30 days (if paid on the day of intake bring check; no bank statements accepted)
-If receiving SSD or SSI, bring Social Security Administration award letter
-Most recent utility bill in the name of a household member
