INTAKE PROCEDURE: Visit website to complete online questionnaire. Agency will follow up by sending application packet. Call and leave a message with any questions. Waitlist for dogs can be as short as one year but average about two years.
FEES: $50 application processing fee. No fee for dog; training fees range from $2,500-$3,500.
