CLARK COUNTY TREASURY RENT ASSISTANCE
Provides one-time rental assistance to households who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability. Also provides dedicated access points for household members that are part of BIPOC, immigrant/refugee, and veteran communities.

Eligibility: -Households with an adult 18 and older that are renting a house that have also experienced a negative financial impact due to COVID-19
-Household is at risk of experiencing homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19
(for example: currently late on rent and/or has past due rent accumulated)
-Tenant has not received Treasury Rent Assistance before
-Household annualized income is at or below 80% area median income
-Does not provide assistance with mortgage payments
-Households do not need to have a social security number or documentation status
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm when portal is open

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Visit website or call for more information about next available screening dates. If you do not have access to a phone or computer, walk in at 12:30pm on a screening date.

DOCUMENTS: -Fully signed lease or rental agreement
-An eviction notice if you have received one
-Past due utility notice
-Verification of income for the last two months (pay stubs, W-2, payment statements, tax filings, bank statement showing regular income, payment statements).
-Landlord name, e-mail and phone number
