OREGON RX CARD
Prescription assistance program that provides savings of up to 80% on generic and brand medications. The program is accepted at Safeway, BI-MART, CVS, Fred Meyer, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and Walmart.

Eligibility: Uninsured and underinsured individuals. Those with insurance, including Medicare Part D, can also utilize the program for medications not covered by their plans.
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
INTAKE PROCEDURE: No application necessary. Visit website to print a free pre-activated card, research drug pricing, and locate local participating pharmacies. Those unable to obtain a hard card can visit any Safeway pharmacy and ask to have their prescription processed through the Oregon Rx Card. There is no enrollment process, the program is completely confidential, and the cards do not expire.
