Provides childhood immunizations and some adult immunizations, as well as Tuberculosis screening. Influenza (Flu) vaccines are provided to both adults and children as the vaccine becomes available each season.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in or call for information and to schedule an appointment
FEES: Accepts OHP, most private insurances, and sliding scale fees. No child will be turned away from receiving vaccinations because of inability to pay.
