FAMILY LAW MEDIATION
Provides various types of family law mediation including:

-Divorce and separation mediation: Provides couples an opportunity to discuss and reach decisions about custody, parenting plans, visitation, child support, finances, division of assets, etc.

-Relationship coaching: Helps couples experiencing problems improve their relationships.

-Family mediation: Helps parents and children resolve family disputes involving remarriage and step-parenting issues.

- Family Law Clinic: Can prepare and file court paperwork (pleadings and forms) if you meet all required criteria. See website for details.

FEES: Mediation: New clients with a pending Family Law court case are entitled to two no charge mediation hours and thereafter the charge is $125 per hour, $187.50 for 1.5-hour joint session. For fee waivers, must request when filing with the court. Cash, check, and credit cards accepted.
