CLACKAMAS MHC JAIL DIVERSION
Provides jail diversion services to connect individuals who are struggling with mental health or co-occurring addiction issues to treatment providers and resources that will help keep them out of jail. Individuals who are open to the program will have access to case management, therapy, peer support, resource connection, and medication management, if appropriate.
