INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information or visit website for a housing application. Depending on availability, there may be a waiting list.
FEES: Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income. Residents receive a utility allowance, which further lowers rent. One project is low-income tax credit with multiple rents based on income levels.
