OREGON HEALTH PLAN
The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon's Medicaid program. It provides health care coverage for low-income Oregonians. This includes working families, children, pregnant women, single adults, seniors and more.

The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is open to all children and teens younger than 19, regardless of immigration status who meet income and other criteria.

Medicaid members may be able to access free rides for visits to medical appointments or reimbursement if they drive themselves.

Eligibility: Eligibility requirements vary:

OHP Plus
-Ages 19-64 with a household income at or below 138% FPL. Must be US Citizen.
-Children under age 19 with a family household income at or below 300% FPL. Citizenship status is no longer considered to determine eligibility for this age group (US citizenship is not required).

OHP Plus Supplemental (Prenatal)
-Pregnant individuals, age 21 and older, with a household income at or below 185% FPL.
