Provides support to eligible households to offset electric, natural gas, and heating fuel (oil, wood, propane, pellets). LIHEAP payments will be counted as utility assistance through the Social Services Emergency Assistance Program. If applicants have received LIHEAP funds as of October 1 through another agency, they are ineligible to apply.

-Copy of Tribal ID
-Copies of Social Security cards from all household members
-Documentation of income for all household members for the last 30 days
-An original or copy of current utility statement
AREA SERVED: Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Washington and Yamhill Counties
SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm
TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Turn right onto Grand Ronde Road from Highway 18. Drive one mile, then turn left onto the Tribal Campus. Follow the driveway back to the Education Complex. Building K is on the left.
