LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA
A 12-week cancer survivorship program using traditional exercise methods to ease survivors back into fitness and help them maintain a healthy weight. Meets twice per week for 90 minutes. Program focuses on building muscle mass and strength, increasing flexibility and endurance, and improving confidence and self-esteem. Participants receive a free YMCA membership for the duration of the program.
