INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call, text ("family" to 700700), visit website, or download the SingleCare app for more information and to get a card. A smart phone is not required to receive the card by text message. Download the app on the App Store and Google Play. Can also request that a card be mailed to you.

Once you have received the card, present it with each prescription to the pharmacy at the time of purchase to receive the lowest price available to you: the negotiated SingleCare discounted rate, pharmacy price, or insurance price (if you have a health plan).
