Oregon Tobacco Prevention and Education Program works with diverse partners statewide to promote smoke-free environments and communities, reduce the influence of tobacco product marketing, and encourage tobacco users to quit.
These programs engage their communities and challenge them to become healthier through preventing tobacco use.

Value-Added Benefits (VAB) offer additional supports not covered by Apple Health (Medicaid) and are provided to clients by their managed care plan. Examples include but are not limited to breast pumps, glasses, home delivered meals, free enrollment in programs, nutrition services, discounted internet service, and smoking cessation support.

Cancer information and referral services for patients, family members or friends, health care providers, and researchers. Provides support for smoking and vaping cessation.

Provides mental health counseling, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, and DUII Programs. Services include individual counseling, couples counseling, group counseling, alcohol and drug assessment, informational groups, recovery planning and relapse prevention, DUII information classes and Diversion Treatment, smoking cessation, case management, and self-help support groups. Transportation can be arranged through community resources or a mentor using the NPFS van.

The Tobacco Cessation Workshop is for those who wish to build a quit plan for smoking. Learn about nicotine addiction, available medications, and strategies to cope.
