The Pregnant and Parenting Women's Program provides residential substance use treatment services. The goal is to help mothers develop skills to enhance the relationships with their children, family and other identified supports in their lives. Mothers can bring up to two children with them for up to six months of intensive treatment.

Residential program offers adolescents co-occurring mental health, trauma, and substance use recovery services. Programming is centered around building skills in emotional regulation, resiliency, conflict resolution, and communication, with a framework of intentional healing relationships as a strategy for long-term recovery. Team consists of clinicians, psychiatrists, group counselors, wellness counselors, and nursing staff. This is a 23-bed residential program, with an average length of stay of 21 days. Madrona provides services through a trauma-informed lens, and the staff is trained in nonviolent crisis intervention and resiliency-informed practices.

24-bed unlocked co-ed facility providing treatment for youth with a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder. Length of treatment is 90-180 days.

Residential treatment center providing a range of services to support individuals in recovery from substance abuse. Treatment model is based on the Medicine Wheel, integrating health (wellness), mental health, sobriety, and culture. Children up to age 5 can stay with the client.

Baker House is a 90-day residential treatment facility that provides detoxification for alcohol and drug addiction, including treatment for methamphetamine, opiates, alcohol and other drugs of abuse. Treatment is individualized and client centered, using evidence based practices. Treatment plans emphasize stages of change, motivational enhancement, cognitive thinking errors, relapse prevention planning, and individual, group, and family counseling.

Provides residential alcohol and drug treatment for men with children. Children up to the age of 6 attend the program along with their fathers. Services may include individual and group counseling, case management, life skills education, parenting support, health screening, child care, and other support services.

Providing a safe, supportive, substance-free living environment during early recovery while helping residents to become responsible, effective parents, partners, and family members. Co-gender facility is licensed to accommodate up to 16 individuals.

Portland Rescue Mission offers healing and life growth through Christian-based, trauma-informed care. At Shepherd's Door, up to 42 women and mothers with their children overcome substance use disorders, and work towards self-sufficiency in a retreat-like setting. Shepherd's Door residential programs begin with Discovery, a 5-week assessment, stabilization, and relapse prevention program. Discovery graduates are eligible to enter New Life, a one-year holistic recovery program. Onsite child care and programming for children is provided along with parenting support. Transition programs are available upon completion of New Life.

Provides residential co-occurring (substance use and mental health) treatment services. Youth reside in a coeducational facility for 50 days or more. Length of treatment varies according to the needs and rate of progress of each individual. Focus on skill building, relapse prevention, accountability, relationships, and regulating emotions and distress. Youth receive individual and daily group therapy. On-site continuing education provided through the Crook County School District. Youth participate in daily chores to learn functional life skills and basic self care. Youth participate in daily sports and recreation. A gym, weight room, rock climbing wall, equine therapy program, and art therapy are also available.

This faith-based program is an addiction recovery community providing a long-term residential drug and alcohol recovery program for people who are willing to make a long-term commitment. Goal-oriented recovery program, not time-based. Program provides for all personal needs, food, clothing, housing, and hygiene products. A 52-bed drug and alcohol residential treatment facility for men. The six month residency consists of intensive, tightly structured treatment in which a therapeutic relationship with MRC counselors will be fostered. Additional six month non-residency continuing care is also offered.

Hosts Stepping Up meetings to explore the 12 steps, which are open to members of the community who are in recovery.
