Provides an intensive residential substance use disorder program in a safe and structured environment. Clients are removed from stressful circumstances that promote or fuel the urge to use and enter a calm setting to heal and grow. Patients benefit from the program’s “therapeutic community,” a community of clients who support one another through treatment by encouraging each other to stay on task and overcome addiction.

Provides family-friendly and LGBTQ-affirming withdrawal management (detox), medicated assisted treatment (MAT), medically monitored residential, residential, outpatient, peer recovery mentors, and family therapy for drug and alcohol treatment. Other services include court-mandated treatment and DUII. Residential treatment programs are gender-specific and offer integrated mental health services. Outpatient services include intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and relapse prevention groups. Family therapy programs are offered in residential and outpatient treatment. Dual diagnosis treatment is available.

LIFELINE CONNECTIONS
CRISIS TRIAGE & STABILIZATION
Provides safe environment as an alternative to hospital emergency departments. Services include creating recovery plans, one-on-one group support sessions, substance use disorder and mental health evaluation, medication evaluation and monitoring, and connection to community resources. This is a voluntary program. The triage center includes 8 chairs for stays less than 24 hours and the stabilization center includes sixteen beds for 5-7 day stays.

PREVENTION AND RECOVERY TREATMENT SERVICES
Provides inpatient and outpatient substance use disorder treatment services, including assessment and individual and group treatment/education. If needed, services are coordinated with the local court system, SAFE Court, and Community Corrections to fulfill legal obligations. Other services include domestic violence intervention services, moral reconation groups, anger management, dual diagnosis treatment, and urinalysis and other screening tools. Substance use disorder prevention education available for children, parents, and community members.

Also provides gambling assessment and treatment.
