The Drop-In Sobering Program works with local law enforcement, hospitals, and mental health professionals to provide safe sobering services for intoxicated individuals. Each client is kept under close observation and given food and a place to sleep until they are sober.

Provides telehealth and case management services for medically assisted drug detoxification with the medication buprenorphine-naloxone. Online peer support groups offered. As well as, treating co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

Provides medical detoxification and stabilization from chemical dependency by providing outreach, sobering, and sub-acute medical detoxification. During the 6-10 day stay, clients receive medical treatment for early withdrawal symptoms, counseling, and referrals to other programs.

Provides social and medically monitored detoxification services that focus on safe stabilization of clients. May also facilitate referrals to other addiction and/or medical services for discharged clients.

Provides family-friendly and LGBTQ-affirming withdrawal management (detox), medicated assisted treatment (MAT), medically monitored residential, residential, outpatient, peer recovery mentors, and family therapy for drug and alcohol treatment. Other services include court-mandated treatment and DUII. Residential treatment programs are gender-specific and offer integrated mental health services. Outpatient services include intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and relapse prevention groups. Family therapy programs are offered in residential and outpatient treatment. Baker House is a 90-day residential treatment facility that provides detoxification for alcohol and drug addiction, including treatment for methamphetamine, opiates, alcohol and other drugs of abuse. Treatment is individualized and client centered, using evidence based practices. Treatment plans emphasize stages of change, motivational enhancement, cognitive thinking errors, relapse prevention planning, and individual, group, and family counseling.

Provides assessment and admission, inpatient/outpatient substance abuse treatment, and Inpatient/outpatient mental health treatment in a welcoming and safe environment, with a variety of programs including medication management, detox, addiction treatment, family education, holistic therapies (art, yoga, music), care planning, depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, psychosis, ADHD and co-occurring disorders.

Provides medical detox protocols to help individuals start the process of breaking free from drug and alcohol addictions. Uses a person-centered treatment model to effectively manage individual withdrawal symptoms with a combination of medication, individual and group therapies.

Program consists of groups, drug education classes, couples and individual counseling, peer support, acupuncture, yoga, tai chi, parenting groups, women's groups, opiate primary group, medical reviews, drugs screening, and after care.

NEST is designed to help adults navigate available resources and sign up to receive assistance for health care, housing and general advocacy needs. Services offered may include assistance in accessing primary medical care, case management/advocacy, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, drug detox, mental health evaluation and/or counseling, SSI/SSDI assistance from a public benefits specialist, OHP application assistance, Lane County Housing Waitlist application and transportation to appointments.

Provides sobering & inpatient chemical dependency detoxification and referral services. Licensed as an ASAM level 3.2D and 3.7D medically monitored facility. Services for patients include individual and group counseling, alcohol/drug education, disease concepts education, treatment planning, introduction to 12-step groups, nutrition and vitamin therapy, medical and vital signs monitoring, HIV/AIDS education and counseling, and treatment agency referrals. For ongoing treatment, patients may be referred to Willamette Family's Residential Treatment Program or referred to another agency.
