Once admitted to program, offers overnight shelter at a local hotel in Tigard. The program offers case management and resource referrals to assist families and adults in attaining sustainable housing. Not an emergency, short-term shelter.

MOBILE HOUSING TEAM QUEUE (MHTQ)
The Multnomah County Homeless Family System's Mobile Housing Team (MHT) is a partnership of different agencies working with homeless families to connect them with a Housing Specialist from the Mobile Housing Team to discuss their housing needs.

211info is the main agency that is placing families into the MHTQ system. Please do not call or walk in to any of the partner agencies, as they will refer back to 211info.

Eligibility: -Families (any number of adults) with children in their custody under the age of 18 (or plans for reunification with children under 18) or pregnant women in their third trimester of pregnancy
-Must be currently experiencing homelessness (couch-surfing, in a motel, on the streets/in a vehicle, in a shelter or some other place not intended for habitation)
-Families currently in housing that are on a lease DO NOT QUALIFY, unless they have an official eviction notice
-Families must be currently in Multnomah County to be eligible.
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
SAMARITAN HOUSE
RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Ten-month transitional living program. Residents may establish rental history, and receive guidance in furthering their education and finding employment. Residents are required to place at least 60% of their monthly income into a savings account through the organization. These funds will be used to pay move-in costs at a new place of residency upon graduation from the program.
