211info is working in partnership with OHA (Oregon Health Authority) to provide community members of Oregon with information on COVID-19 in Oregon, including information on testing, quarantine requirements, wraparound support, outbreaks, transmission, treatment, executive orders, workplace guidance, travel guidance, pet safety, and general FAQs. For people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, this line provides referrals to county health departments and other wraparound support programs.
Eligibility: Oregonians or those looking for information about COVID-19 in Oregon
Hours: 7 days per week 6am-7pm.

CLARK COUNTY TREASURY RENT ASSISTANCE
Provides assistance to households and landlords with tenants who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19. Eligible households can receive up to 12 months total of rent assistance. This includes owed past due rent, as well as up to three months of future rent. Also provides dedicated access points for household members that are part of BIPOC, Immigrant/Refugee, Veteran communities. Please know that resources are limited, and it may take months to receive assistance, if placed on the waitlist.

COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF PROGRAMS
COWLITZ COUNTY TREASURY RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
In part of the Federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act this program can provide financial assistance to households and landlords with tenants who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19. Eligible households can receive up to 12 months total of financial assistance. This can be a combination of rent and utility arrears, current rent and utility payments, and limited future rent payments.

-Income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
-Experiencing a financial hardship directly or indirectly due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
-At risk of experiencing homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability.
