211info's Maternal and Child Health Program provides specialized information, referral, and follow-up services to individuals and family members of all genders covering needs and questions related to pregnancy, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and women's health across the life span, including resources for women with breast cancer.

Provides free information and referrals to those who are experiencing unplanned pregnancies. Services include pregnancy testing, maternity clothing, baby clothing and diapers, pro-life counseling, post-abortion counseling, and community referrals. Does not recommend or refer to abortion services.

Provides childbirth education, newborn care classes, safe sleep workshop, breastfeeding workshop/support, and other classes which vary by season.

The Healthy Birth Initiative program addresses two vital public health services: maternal-child health and reducing health inequity related to low-birth weight and infant mortality in the African American community. Services include home visits, health education, and support groups from pregnancy through the child's second year. Major focus is to involve the father or father figure in the health of the family. Also offers reduced-cost car seats, as well as certified assistance in installation.

Certified Peer Support Specialists facilitate each group and share information about prevention and wellness.
