COALITION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINICS
A non-profit organization that coordinates a network of 17 safety net clinics which serve Oregon Health Plan (OHP), uninsured and low-income populations in Tri-County. Serves as a resource for OHP enrollment and maintains listings of medical and dental clinics for uninsured, OHP & low-income patients. We don't have an enrollment assister on-site so please call us for referral.

The agency's website provides tools to locate and determine eligibility for the various clinics. Also helps people enroll in the Oregon Health Plan.
