ECHO
The Echo program provides intensive case management and life skills services with an additional focus on hands-on parent education, child development, and DHS advocacy. The ECHO program utilizes Make Parenting a Pleasure and Parents as Teachers Curriculums.

Provides an array of transition support services, including intensive case management, life skills coaching and skills classes, mentoring for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC), college readiness workshops, college housing support, and connection to Oregon Foster Youth Connect's (OFYC) foster youth self-advocacy program.
