Provides specialized English language classes, US citizenship classes, translation services, Oregon driver's license exam preparation classes, computer classes in Spanish, and Spanish literacy classes for adults and families. Also provides customized Spanish classes from beginning to advanced levels for public agencies, businesses, and individuals.

Provides one-on-one literacy tutoring in-person and online. Participants can receive up to two hours per week of literacy tutoring in English or Spanish. Includes access to printed materials in English and Spanish, no-cost laptop holds from participating libraries, and access to literacy kits. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Works to unite and empower Hispanic families to become involved in school and community activities. Members work to protect and promote the equality of Hispanic families by helping them embrace literacy and through civic participation.

"Nuestros Abuelos" encourages older adults in the Spanish-speaking community to be involved and participate in sharing their cultures and diverse backgrounds with their community.

"Juntos" works with Latino parents and students in grades 8-12, providing them with the knowledge and resources necessary to graduate from high school and enter college.

LISTO is a family literacy program that provides adult English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and adult basic education for parents. Children participate in the program with their parents by attending developmentally appropriate classes and getting homework help and Spanish reading support.
