-Parent University classes and experiences focused on: Parental Engagement in Children's Education, Effective Parenting, and all areas of optimal health- intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, socio-economic, and relationship

Provides a positive space for youth to engage in fun and empowering programs, such as leadership and community service, academic enrichment, workforce training, performing and visual arts, camps, and personal health and fitness.

Provides specialized English language classes, US citizenship classes, translation services, Oregon driver's license exam preparation classes, computer classes in Spanish, and Spanish literacy classes for adults and families. Also provides customized Spanish classes from beginning to advanced levels for public agencies, businesses, and individuals.

Locator tool with list of Family Resource Centers by school district. Provides a range of services and support to families with children, including child literacy groups and story times, playgroups, assistance with accessing school personnel, parent education, parent literacy and computer support, and other drop-in services for families and children. Some locations may offer children's clothing and other supplies.

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District provides a broad array of public library services at different locations across the district. Basic library programs and services are open to all residents of the district, with no user fees. Some services include English and Spanish speaking groups, assistance navigating all stages of the job search process, children and family programs and storytelling. Provides one-on-one literacy tutoring in-person and online. Participants can receive up to two hours per week of literacy tutoring in English or Spanish. Includes access to printed materials in English and Spanish, no-cost laptop holds from participating libraries, and access to literacy kits. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Provides one-on-one tutoring. Students learn to read, write, learn English as a second language, improve basic math skills, and prepare for the citizenship test. Assists to improve job skills, pass the written driver's exam, fill out job applications and other forms, read medicine labels and signs, and learn to use a computer in an educational capacity. Offers a specialized dyslexia program designed to help those suffering from the learning disability dyslexia learn to read, write, and spell. Also helps students qualify for enrollment at Rogue Community College (RCC) and assists them in preparing for their GED in language arts, math, science, and social studies.

Provides literacy services for adults in the following areas: Computer basics, adult English classes for English Language Learners, workplace English and Spanish Language Literacy, and preparation for GED, United States citizenship, and Certified Nursing Assistants certifications.

"Nuestros Abuelos" encourages older adults in the Spanish-speaking community to be involved and participate in sharing their cultures and diverse backgrounds with their community.

"Juntos" works with Latino parents and students in grades 8-12, providing them with the knowledge and resources necessary to graduate from high school and enter college.

LISTO is a family literacy program that provides adult English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and adult basic education for parents. Children participate in the program with their parents by attending developmentally appropriate classes and getting homework help and Spanish reading support.

Families Together offers dinner and reading once a month. Dinner is free and a copy of the featured story for the night goes home with every family. There is always a story-themed craft for the children to do after dinner. Free chapter books are available for older siblings who attend.
