AntFarm's Axis Learning Center is a youth education center with academic and youth support services. The Learning Center has 13 computers to create and facilitate learning and access to information. Assisting young people with completion of high school, establishment of educational goals, and movement towards college and/or work readiness are core services offered. Community members offer support through tutoring, mentoring, community volunteering, job-skills training, supported employment, and assisting young people with problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Assists students with planning and achieving their educational goals by advising on an academic course choice, tutoring, information and referral in accessing financial, academic, and supportive services, such as federal financial aid, child care, or transportation assistance. Provides GED test preparation and assists immigrant, refugee, and community members in job and career planning.

Blue Mountain Community College (BMCC) is a comprehensive community college. Program areas include professional technical certificates and degrees, college transfer degrees, college preparatory and adult basic skills training, workforce development programs, continuing education, community education, and self-improvement. Locations are in Pendleton, Hermiston, Milton-Freewater, Baker City, Boardman, La Grande, and John Day.

Portland Youth Builders (PYB) is an alternative high school and job training program for young people who are ready to earn a GED or diploma and launch a career. At PYB, youth receive education, skills, structure, and support to overcome barriers and find a new path to success. Also offers GED test instruction.

Program includes academic instruction in small classes leading to a GED or high school diploma; hands-on job training in technology or construction; industry-recognized certifications, preparation for college, apprenticeship, and career-path employment; individualized counseling, career coaching, and wrap-around support; free bus passes; opportunities to earn an AmeriCorps education award of approximately $1500 and small financial bonuses for achievement; and multi-year support and placement assistance after graduation.
