Assists older adults and adults with disabilities in accessing transportation. Provides escorted door-to-door rides, monthly TriMet bus/lift tickets for those who qualify, and group rides to major grocery stores, food banks, and recreational outings.

-Age 18-64: Automatically eligible if a current recipient of OHP, SNAP, TANF, WIC, ERDC, HUD Assistance, Free/Reduced Lunch and/or annual income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level OR individual with a verifiable mental or physical disability
