QUEER AFFINITY VILLAGE-MODEL ALTERNATIVE SHELTER
OUTDOOR TRANSITIONAL SHELTERS
Offers twp village-model alternative shelters for a safe and healthy place to sleep. Each site hosts a different amount of tiny-home shelters with heat and electricity. Sleeping cots and sleeping bags are provided. Individuals are not allowed to use their own tents/sleeping bags, but they can store them on-site with any other belongings.

Also provides access to regular meals, drinking water, showers, laundry, restrooms, phone charging station, cooking area, and regular trash service.

In accordance with CDC and Public Health guidelines on physical distancing, each site will be placed within 12’x12’ spaces, and will be uniformly spaced to create at least 10 feet of separation between each site. Each site will have a fence and a designated point of entry to protect residents’ privacy and to keep the sites secure.

Accepts donations of socks, underwear, blankets, towels, hygiene items, pet supplies, camping tents, and tarps.
