Sexual assault advocates are available 24 hours per day to provide emotional support, safety planning, crisis intervention, information and referrals, and education to survivors of sexual assault through the crisis line. In-person hospital response for sexual assault is available to survivors in Multnomah County. Call to Safety provides free support groups for adults of childhood trauma and adulthood sexual assault survivors. Support groups may have waitlists.

Focus 4 Crisis Line is Western Lane County's resource, referral, and crisis line that primarily focuses on survivors of domestic/sexual violence, human trafficking and stalking, but other emergency calls are also taken. In addition to providing a crisis line, Siuslaw Outreach Services provides support in the form of a domestic violence safe house, advocacy, information and referral, support groups, and peer counseling.

Also provides medical and legal advocacy including assistance with filing protection and anti-harassment orders, accompanying clients to medical appointments, legal interviews, and any other necessary involvement with the criminal justice system.
