Provides confidential and anonymous crisis intervention, education, safety planning and local referrals to anyone affected by intimate partner violence. Services are available 24/7/365 via phone and live chat. Advocates have access to a large database of local service providers and national resources throughout country.

HEALING CIRCLE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM
Provides services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including safety planning, crisis intervention, advocacy, and educational services. Works with local programs to facilitate safety planning, provide transportation when needed, and assure the practice of culturally relevant services in local shelters.

Weekly domestic violence support groups that are closed groups held off-site for confidentiality reasons. Free child care is available.

Charlotte House provides a domestic violence hotline, as well as a 24-hour secure shelter and/or services for women and children who are survivors of family violence. Clients may stay at the shelter for up to 30 days, with the possibility of extension. Clients receive assistance obtaining food, clothing, medical care, transportation, and other needs. Confidential services include legal and medical advocacy, counseling, and information and referral. Advocates work with residents to develop a plan of action that is unique to each individual's/family's needs.

A domestic violence intervention program that includes services such as support groups for domestic violence survivors; Emergency Services (hotline, information and referral, telephone advocacy) and Transitional Services (home visits, long-term advocacy and support, help locating and maintaining safe housing). Motel vouchers are only available for those in emergencies who are actively fleeing domestic violence, availability is dependent upon funding.

Advocates are available in Multnomah County in restraining order rooms, the Gresham DHS office, the Portland Police Domestic Violence Reduction Unit, and the Richmond Clinic.
