Provides Goodwill vouchers to help with work/school clothing and household needs. These vouchers are available for households once per year.

Provides a store of used and new items including clothing, appliances, household and kitchen items, electronics, books, and linens. Offers vouchers to use at the thrift store for clothing and household goods to anyone in need. Also accepts donations.

Provides limited one time basic needs assistance. Assistance may include clothing, furniture, linens, towels and blankets, kitchenware (dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc.), diapers and wipes, and personal hygiene supplies. One time limited assistance with utility payments such as telephone, water, electric, and gas. All payments are made directly to the vendor, and assistance is not guaranteed. The amount of assistance is on a case by case basis and current funding availability.

Roseburg Rescue Mission operates a thrift and furniture store to provide a work program; items are supplied via vouchers for clients and are sold to the general public. Donations of clothing, furniture, and household items are welcome.

Available services, when funding is available:
-A voucher for furniture and household items once in a 12-month period.
-A clothing voucher once in a 6-month period.

Provides vouchers for clothing and household goods to be redeemed in the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Families needing assistance can request vouchers on a case-by-case basis.

Provides clothing vouchers for children and adults. Vouchers are also provided for household items.

Provides a limited number of emergency utilities assistance with a 12- or 5-day shut-off notice. Provides a shopping-style food pantry open 5 days a week. Provides limited amount of funding for eyeglasses. Sometimes can provide a few bus passes for work or medical transportation only. Issues vouchers to St Vincent de Paul thrift store to obtain free clothing, household items, and furniture for those in an emergency situation.

Clients are asked to bring their own bags for food pantry and thrift store items.

Provides food boxes. Home deliveries for food provided for people in some instances.
Provides rent/mortgage and utility assistance (water, electric, propane, and heat) no more than once per year.
Provides other financial assistance depending on specific needs. Individuals and families can receive vouchers for clothing, outdoor living gear, and household goods.

Provides a thrift shop, household goods, bus passes for doctor appointments (no Greyhound tickets), prescription assistance, utility assistance (electric, housing gas, water, and propane), shelter supplies (sleeping bags, tarps, and tents) and laundry assistance. Assistance is on a first come, first served basis and subject to available funds and amount of services previously given to an individual. Donations accepted.

The thrift store provides a resource for clothing, household items, books & games, bedding, and other items donated by community members at a low cost. Also provides vouchers to thrift store and accepts donations.
