Eligibility: Anybody is eligible for gift cards and a Christmas tree but children must be 0-18 to be eligible to receive gifts.

Eligibility: Families receiving SNAP/food stamps, free or reduced school meals, or who have OHP. Only parent/guardian may sign up children living in the same household

Eligibility: Low-income families with children age 13 and younger. Must meet FPL guidelines and live within the City of Portland. US citizenship not required. All applicants must be able to pick up packages on date and time assigned.
This program participates in the HANDS database, which tracks families who have applied to other programs. Families who have applied for toys elsewhere are not eligible to apply to Portland Toy and Joy.
