Eligibility: Anybody is eligible for gift cards and a Christmas tree but children must be 0-18 to be eligible to receive gifts.

Eligibility: -Income must be at or below SNAP/food stamp guidelines
-Must be an active participant in social service programs such as SNAP

Eligibility: Toys: Ages 0-14 who live with the parent/guardian filling out the application at least 50% of the time

Eligibility: Households who reside within the boundaries of Vancouver Public Schools or Evergreen Public Schools.
Gifts: Age 0-17

Eligibility: Low-income households with children ages 17 and younger. Income guidelines will be listed on application.

Eligibility: Self-identified as "those in need"

Eligibility: Must have a child with an intellectual and/or developmental disability and be receiving SNAP, WIC, or TANF

Eligibility: Ages 0-12

Eligibility: Families with children age 0-17; applications will be cross-checked with other community program to avoid duplication of services

Eligibility: Individuals and families who are eligible for the Supplementary Assistance and Nutrition Program (SNAP)

Eligibility: Low-income families with children age 13 and younger. Must meet FPL guidelines and live within the City of Portland. US citizenship not required. All applicants must be able to pick up packages on date and time assigned.
This program participates in the HANDS database, which tracks families who have applied to other programs. Families who have applied for toys elsewhere are not eligible to apply to Portland Toy and Joy.

Eligibility: Unrestricted

Eligibility: Low-income households with youth ages 0-12. Must meet federal income guidelines and be residents of Lafayette for the past 12 months.
