Eligibility varies by state. You may qualify if you are enrolled in
any of the following programs: SNAP/food stamps, Social
Security/Social Security Disability (SSI/SSDI), TANF, Medicaid,
free/reduced lunch program, Veterans Pension benefits or Survivors
Pension benefits, Section 8, etc. Households with income no higher
than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may also qualify.

Clients are required to have a physical address; a mailing address
does not meet the eligibility requirement. Client must be age 18 or
older. Service is limited to one person per household.
