Our Community Information Team is here to help you navigate your way to finding resources in your community. The 211info Community Information Specialists receive up to 4 weeks worth of training in addition to continued education/training opportunities. Our team is compassionate and as diverse as the communities we serve.

Our Core Community Information Specialists work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, responding to phone calls, texts, and emails about a wide variety of services. Using the 211info database, they are able to direct callers to valuable resources, both internally and externally.

Certified specialists listen to consumers’ needs, ask clarifying questions and offer detailed referrals to local nonprofit, government and faith-based services. Many specialists are bilingual, and all have access to a 240-language interpreter service.

The Community Information Center is powered by our funders Clark County, Multnomah County, Washington County, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, United Way of Deschutes County and United Way of Lane County.
