During November and December, holiday requests appear in our top 5 referrals. Last year, we made 2,368 referrals through our contact center to holiday assistance programs.

In preparation for the coming holiday season, we would like to know what events, opportunities and/or services that agencies are offering. As the holidays come and go quickly, please be sure to inform us of your holiday offerings right away.

Winter/Severe Weather Shelter

This year, we’ve already seen the coldest September day in Portland since 1934! So, in the words of Jon Snow, “Winter is coming!”

We are reaching out to shelter providers and requesting that they update us on their winter and severe weather sheltering plans!
