Promotes school readiness by enhancing social and cognitive development of children by providing educational, health, nutritional, social, and other services to children and families, including developmental screening. Services for parents include parenting classes, parent support, and networking. Parental involvement is emphasized.

Eligibility: -Families with children ages 3-5.
-Families with incomes at or below 100% FPL
-Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), SNAP, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) are eligible regardless of income
-Families with higher incomes and specific needs may also be eligible, although families with higher needs are prioritized
