Family Resource Coordinators help families navigate social service systems. Services include resource and referral assistance to families, including follow-ups to monitor progress toward achievement of resources and progress toward goals. Services may include health and health care connections, early childhood resource navigation, parent education, school-based family engagement, and family support services.
