BUCKLEY SOBERING AND DETOX SERVICES
Provides sobering & inpatient chemical dependency detoxification and referral services. Licensed as an ASAM level 3.2D and 3.7D medically monitored facility. Services for patients include individual and group counseling, alcohol/drug education, disease concepts education, treatment planning, introduction to 12-step groups, nutrition and vitamin therapy, medical and vital signs monitoring, HIV/AIDS education and counseling, and treatment agency referrals. For ongoing treatment, patients may be referred to Willamette Family's Residential Treatment Program or referred to another agency.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for pre-screening/assessment. Clients are screened in the sobering station and referred to full detox program as appropriate.
FEES: OHP and private insurance accepted. Sliding scale fee for patients paying in cash.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if paplying for sliding scale fee.
