LIVING INDEPENDENTLY FOLLOWING TREATMENT
Provides permanent housing for individuals and families. Participants have clinically assessed co-occurring mental illnesses and addictions and are in recovery after receiving inpatient treatment. Services for residents may include:
-Detoxification
-Admission into treatment
-Mental health services
-Family or couples counseling
-Child care
-Financial/budgeting classes
-Job training
-Utility assistance
-Bus passes and phone services
-Help with prescriptions
-Renter's Rehabilitation program
