LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND PROJECT CARE
When funding is available LIHEAP helps households with electricity, natural gas, oil, propane, wood pellets or wood through a limited federal government funding program. Makes a one-time payment directly to the caller's utility account.

Project Care funds are provided by Central Lincoln PUD customers through bill payments and can be used for limited emergency assistance with PUD bills.
