INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call or visit the office to apply for services. Once an application is completed, applicants appearing to meet eligibility requirements will be screened to determine if the program or another in the community is the best fit for their needs. Qualifying individuals will be added to the waitlist for counseling services and contacted when a space becomes available.
FEES: Services are covered under OHP/Medicaid insurance
