STATION 7
SAFE PLACE
Safe Place is a network of businesses, fire stations and Lane Transit District (LTD) buses that provide youth in crisis with immediate help. Youth can go to any Safe Place site, designated by a black and yellow sign on the outside of the building or bus, and say they need a "safe place." An employee at the site will call Looking Glass Station 7, an emergency shelter where staff will dispatch a trained volunteer to transport the youth to the shelter.
