Services offered are teeth cleaning, home care instruction, fluoride application, pit and fissure sealants, periodontal therapy, and X-rays. Services provided by dental hygiene and dental assisting students supervised by licensed dentists. Availability of appointments varies by term.

-Low-income, uninsured, or underinsured individuals
-New patients or patients that haven't been seen in more than 2 years
-Evaluations are offered to potential patients age 18 and older
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm; following academic schedule. Children are generally seen in winter and spring term.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment. Patients schedule an evaluation appointment and are assigned to students by skill level and course requirements. Parents may call and place their child on the children's list.
FEES: Varies; $35 children, $50 adults, $45 seniors (age 60 and older). Screenings/Evaluations are free. Additional fees for full mouth service, panoramic x-ray, or sealants. Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
