Public Housing is a federal program that assists low-income families, older adults, and adults with disabilities in obtaining federally subsidized rental units. Units consist of apartments, duplexes, and houses. Other Homes for Good-owned housing programs include affordable units with basic rents.

Eligibility: Low-income families (two or more individuals), single persons ages 62+, or adults with disabilities. Income limits can be found on the website. Applicants are subject to a background check and other tenant screening criteria. Individuals with a registered sex offense will be denied. Criminal activities are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
